Gemma manages the team of staff and oversees the smooth running of the Club, acting as the information and reference point for the Commodore, Flag Officers and Committee members. Gemma is also responsible for supporting the well-being of young and vulnerable members.

Charlie is a cornerstone of our operations, ensuring the seamless management of our club boats and waterfront activities. With extensive experience in boating and maintenance, our Head Boatman is responsible for the management of the seasonal boatmen ashore and on the water, delivering exceptional service to our members.
